1# The Municipal Theater of Apollo
It is one of the "jewels" of Syros and symbolizes its cultural development. It was built in 1862-1864 by the Italian architect Pietro Sampo.
2# The City Hall of Syros
The work of the famous architect Ziller, it is the most imposing building on the island and one of the most beautiful neoclassical buildings of modern Greece. The Archaeological Museum is also hosted here.
3# The Municipal Gallery of Cyclades
The Cyclades Art Gallery is housed in the transit warehouses behind the Customs House. Art exhibitions are hosted in its atmospheric spaces, while it also has a small theater for performances and concerts.
4# The Vaporia area (Steamships)
It is an emblematic aristocratic district of Syros with impressive architectural touches that bear witness to the passage of time.
